Stage2 BL Turbo...any probs?

I have purchased a stage 2 boost logic turbo kit and i am wanting to put it on my N/A Supra and was wondering what problems could and will arise if known. As of right now all i have on the engine is a custom greddy intake and i am not able to do piston and rods nor any other engine mods at this time but will be complete in near future. how will the turbo do until then? along with the turbo i have a new head gasket to put on to replace stock.
