I did the "odometer bypass" jerry rig today. All was great at first; the "o/d off" light did not come on, the car ran through all 4 gears fine, the cruise control worked...for the first mile or two.
Now the CC still works fine, the light is still off, but the car won’t stay in a gear. I did not get a chance to get on the highway, but around town the car would switch between 4th and 3rd, and 3rd and 2nd.
Any help would be great guys.
