Does anyone use this shifter? If so, what are the impressions? Any improvements in 1/4? Any bad side effects on tranny?

its crap

My friend had it on his. Basically it locks into gear and only allows upshifts it uses gates i believe. He sold it cuz it was a pain in the ass. I guess it could help with missing gears but he didn't like it at all.
