You should be able to get 600hp on a stock MKIV turbo pump. Those things can really pump. Use a relay and "hardwire" the pump with at least 10ga wire to make sure it gets full voltage, as voltage drop through the tiny ass stock wires costs you a LOT of fuel flow.
