Yeah I've heard of hybrid conversion as well. Where hybrids are very effective on single turbo systems (I got great experience with the MA7) I would not use them on the complex sequential system of the JZA8. I've heard more bad stories than good ones. Best upgrade path would be getting big single or optionally big twins.
