It's totally straight forward........ one bolt and nut at a time.

worst shit is underside bolts on mani
don't tear to much shit up cause i'm sure you want to sell them

should take u 3-4 hours with engine in car an 1 hour with engine out

I know this is on mkiv.com but it is pages from the FSM http://www.mkiv.com/manual/manualtt/twin_turbo_replacement/index.html

There were also threads posted here with some good photos etc of stock twin replacement process but I can't find those.

The FSM is your friend. Thats what I used when taking them off. But it is pretty straight forward. Just one bolt at a time. It would help also if you had hands the size of a 3 year old...
