This past weekend I finally got my car back together, with the exception of one problem. It leaks fuel from the rail. The bolt by the #6 injector that holds the fuel on is stripped.
I re-tapped it with a 8mm x 1.25, but the threads were damaged to bad and the bolt would not hold. The next tap size I have is a 9mm x 1.25, but this will require some drilling I think and I have no idea what size bit to use.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Correct size drill bit?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

They sell these kind of "grip sockets" I'm not exactly sure what they're called, don't remember. But they've got grooves and teeth in them. You hammer them on just like a smaller socket and it will pretty much dig itself into the bolt and the teeth will grab it. I'm sure your local auto store carries them and if someone else remembers the name of the socket please chime in :)

The bolt itself is out, I am trying to re-thread the hole.

Heli coil is your friend
Take teh thread size to Napa, and buy the kit, its about $30 for a tap, and heli coils, sometimes you get the drill bit.
