Anyone point me to some different brands of strut bars for the MKIV that have a built in brace for the master cylinder?

Also if anyone knows of any braces for the master cylinder that arent part of a strut bar, I'd be interested in that as well

Thanks

The Carbing Strut Bar is the only one I know of that has support for the master cylinder.

Same here. I placed a couple of orders for the carbing. After waiting about a year I had a one-piece chromoly stb with MCB fabricated.

When you push hard on the brake pedal the firewall flexes and makes the pedal feel slightly spongy.

This bracket stops the firewall (and master cylinder) moving.

Someone here fitted a TRD bar with one of those bump stops just like the Carbing.

Cusco sell just the master cylinder brace. I don't know if they have a left hand drive one?
You could easily make one if you wanted as in the pic below.

It uses existing bolt holes in the shock tower (one on top and one on the back).
