So here's where where I'm at after many issues with my cheapo picker. Had to make 3 trips back to Harbor Freight from missing parts in the box. Any suggestions on dressing up my engine??

Oh and I have all the bolts out my oil pan buts it seriously glued to my engine, any tips?

take a screwdriver or something like it, and force it between the oil pan and engine and give it a pry. do this all the way around and it should come right off.

yeah like your opening up a can of paint right..but if you decide to wack your oil pan with a hammer make it a rubber mallet and try not to hit it where it will be dented

if its stuck pretty bad pull off the rear main seal. the housing for the seal mates to the oil pan so it will give you a good place to grab on and pull it off.

using a flathead helps but usually fucks up the mating surface of the pan when they're stuck really bad.


oh and slowly/steadly pull on it.
