I was over in Germany for the World Cup and spotted a black MKIV TT in Essen. It was parked under a canopy at a car dealership that was closed and being remodeled. I tried to find the owner, but the place was locked. It was an automatic, with "66" on the door and "pace car" on the back.

Though I don't know the owner and I can't understand how anyone would put such decals on a car
