Allignment specialists chime in here

I would like to know what handling specifications these setups focus on in relation to each other.

This one is the original, setup to the specification from Toyota (according to guys doing the setup). You should look at the "efter" numbers which means, well "after":



This is my altered setup, done by a guy that is a specialist in suspension geometry. It should also take the "sloaping angle" of a right side diven road to wear less on the tires:



The last one is from a singled supra that I know have driving around the Nürburgring in 8 min. The suspension and tires here differ, but I'm sure the setup focus is different as well. I just don't know how to "read" the differences:
