Hey everyone, I was just wondering about suspension. Hopefully All of you out there have seen F&F and theirs this car, b4 the first race scene with the eclipse. It's a white honda del sol and it lowers one side of the car first, and then the other. I was wanting to know how to be able to do that with my car because I need to be able to get up my driveway without scratching. The reason I want the automatic one as where I can just flip a switch and lower/higher it is because I live up here in Washington state, and it'd be a b*tch to have to get outta the car every day (in the rain) and higher/lower the car every time i needed too. Thanx in advance for the help.

That car uses a hydraulic suspension. You have to add extra batteries a hydraulic pump and a tank for the fliud. This is not something you want on you Supra.

Sorry, I'm old (almost 36) and not up with current "low rider" technology. :)

they be ghetto....its more for show or hydro comps, so if you are into that more power to you...but a supra is a sports car, its meant to go fast and handle well, not jump up and down

still confused lol

I don't want to bounce up and down tho? I'm not talking about like those hydros that those low riders have that bounce up and down like stupid asses. I'm talking about just being able to heigher my car juss in like a second or two without having to get out in the rain so I can get up my driveway? I'm really confused because I want nuthing to do with that boucing up and down stuff cuz that's pretty lame. I just want to be able to get up my driveway without scratchinand without havin to get all wet in the rain (WA state remember?)

I think what we are leaving out is that you replace your current shocks and springs with this setup. This seriously degrades the handling of your car whether you are making it bounce up and down or not.

Hydros bounce like shit at any setting. You have NO suspension with these things. Watch a video with a car with hydros going down the street...constantly shaking...I've ridden in cars with them back when I guess they were the *in* thing and it was shitty. You do not want to do it. Just try entering and exiting the driveway at a sharp angle and going very slow.....
