Ok guys i know there is a full thread detailing what needs to be done in regards to a swap. What i couldnt find was a thread where someone uses a RHD JDM clip to do the swap. I picked up a clip and am doing the swap and was wondering what other parts I may need that i wont get from the clip. I already picked up a driveshaft and full exhaust any help is appreciated thanks !;

You're going to need quite a few more things to make it work. The things from the top of my head.

USDM 6spd harness (unless you want to sit there and extend your existing one) and possibly ECU (depending on your choice map vs maf).
Clutch and brake pedals
Clutch master cylinder
If you choose to, the 6speed trans tunnel
Interior dash panel for manual shifter

was planning on extending the harness, can you tell me more about the map vs maf... and whats wrong with the clutch master cylinder thats on the clip? thanks again
Its a lot easier to use a LHD/USDM brake and clutch setup as the firewall is already provisioned for these parts.
And yea, I used 2 clips to build 2 cars, Its just that both of mine were manual chassis cars.

throttebody cable.
banjo fitting for brake booster
differential and possibly ds axle.

depending on the condition of the engine you might want to do some general maintenance.
gaskets
water pump & tb
engine & transmission mounts
spark plugs
o2
vacuum hosing

you might also want to upgrade somethings like the radiator. The TT one with the clip should be an upgrade to your NA one but a full metal one is better.

Definitely do some maintenance and replace parts before hand..... it learned the hard way the first time I did this swap many years ago. Replace all gaskets, vacuum hoses, and the water pump. This will make life much easier in the future

Did you get a 97+ JDM 6SPD driveshaft? Cuz if not it won't work with the NA diff. You'd need to buy a TT auto DS for the rear half and then still need a TT diff input flange. You might as well just skip the TT diff input flange because it's like 100 dollars from the dealership and get the GS400 diff which is like 300 used from junkyards.

Ok bumping this back up.
I can pick up a Rhd 6 speed pedal set, clutch master cylinder, for about 350 bucks...how much of a problem will this be swapping it into a lhd car, is it worth the price? How bad do I need to hack up a my USDM TT Auto harness to make the 6speed work...ecu pinouts are all the same?
