Does anyone know if the N/A casing can be used with TT gears? Is it a "simple" swap - take N/A non-LSD out and put TT LSD in?

Thanks!

I really doubt it, the TT 6 speeds ring gear is 220mm, I believe the NA (and the Automatic TT) use a 200mm gear. Bearings and carrier would also be different.

You would be better off swapping the whole 3rd member.

Why do you want to do this?

Thanks for the info. I've actually put the TRD diff in my car. TRD sells the gears only, so I have to keep the stock casing. Now there is a guy w/ N/A Supra who wants to buy my stock TT LSD gears, but is concerned whether or not he can use them.

I was just trying to find out some info - sounds like it won't work:(.

I believe the TRD LSD upgrade is the same for the NA and autoTT and different for the 6speed. So if his can was an NA and yours was an autoTT it MIGHT work.
