I think I screwed up. I bought a 97 Supra with 98,000 miles on it and I had synthetic oil put in. About a week later I read on this site that its not good to put that kind of oil in a car with high miles on it. My question is should I have it taken out and regular oil put back in or is it to late. Ive only driven the car about 200 miles.

You are fine. You can run synthetic oil, just make sure you check it periodically as high mileage cars tend to go through synthetic oil a little faster. I personally ran non synthetic in my car after 95k miles. I noticed when I used to run mobil one synthetic, my car would go through a quart of oil every 3k miles, but the turbos were on their way out also. Once I put in regular oil in, no more using oil. I would just leave it in there untill next oil change.

And it also depends on the viscosity. You don´t want to use too thin oil like a 0W or so.
