I finally got time to secure my supra with the clifford 3.5matrix and for the remote start function, you have to get a lead off of the distributor for rpms. Unfortunately my manual is for turbo only and obviously they are distributorless. So does anyone know what color the tach wire is that I need to pull a signal from for the monitor? BTW it's a 94 SE 5speed.
Thanks,
Chris

the tach wire in a car for remote start is always under the hood!!! if you have a multi meter you have to turn it to ac power to get your reading, but be careful and not touch the connection cause it will give you a bit of a shock. as far as where it is, you have to test wires that will be incorporated with your ignition system. good luck
