targa drifting

i have a na 88 targa top and im going to drift this damn thang...i was just wondering is it safe to drift an na targa top due to its lack of chasis support because it has no roof support really....will it like bend or twist the chasis if i try to drift it?

It won't bend or twist the chassis permanently, but you may notice some "flex" in the chassis (especially with the roof off) when cornering hard.

i c...well i mean of course....when i drift...im going to want to have the top off...its just more fun that way i think...i jsut wanted to know if it was safe or not because i dont want to fuck up my drift car i plan to keep for a few years right off the bat

no not a good idea...

your want the top ON when you drift...

to much woble without it.. and did i mention it can save your life...

and get suspention or atleast do the overide tems... mines override tems since im still saving up for my springs and shocks and strut combination...

wow. what is the world coming to. If you wanna make you car last, drifting is the last thing u should be doing. Its super hard on your engine, and drive train. Expect to break alot of stuff, trust me. And its DEF not safe to drift with ur taga off, its super easy to flip when drifting, Id sell ur poor supra and get a JDM tyte 240 or something that offers cheaper parts.

the + is harness bar, cross bar, door bars, etc
