What did you think of the Tein H-techs while you had them? How was the ride? I see you switched to Eibach. I thought Eibach had the same amount of drop? I'm looking for a suspension setup so I need some ideas. Thank you..
The H-techs far a firm ride, but not too harsh, and they handled very well during cornering. They are firmer than the eibachs. I was using KYB AGXs with both springs.
I measured my wheel gap before and after I installed each set of springs. Tein advertises about .5 in drop for the H-techs (the S-techs have more drop, similar to eibachs), but they dropped my car about .75in all the way around. After installing the eibachs, they dropped the car about another .5in (1.25in total).
Here is a comparison. The H-techs are the top pic and eibach the bottom pic.
