Just another bump on the way down... who knows if we'll hit bottom in a year or 5 years or 7 years. But for those who don't know, this crash is a once in a lifetime buying opportunity.

..
Pretty sure he's a fiscal conservative democrat, obama's budget will no doubt make people like him uncomfortabe.

Kind of like in 1993 when clinton increased taxes on the wealthy to 39% (exactly what obama's doing right now) not one single republican voted for it, and they predicted doom and gloom (like the present) that was followed by eight years of prosperity and 23 million jobs created and a surplus. Middle class income slowly went up as well, and the rich were just fine.

Bush came into office and used the surplus to give tax cuts to the wealthy which only created 2 million jobs in eight years, while the average middle income decreased. The number of rich people has actually declined as well.

I guess bill clinton was a socialist

Clinton was far better than Bush, he also had a republican congress that mandated a balance budget. Clinton also lowered his corporate and capital gains tax and tax revenues went up. The Bush came in and was aloud to do anything he wanted, then he got a Democrat Congress, and he still did what ever he wanted. Clinton was also Pres. during the good part of the tech bubble and beginning of the housing bubble, caused by the Feds monetary and credit expansion.

middle class doesnt necessarily decrease...they are people in the flesh..so where did they go? did they get more rich or get more poor?

So wait, you admit he rode a housing bubble and the mortgage issues started with him, but you rate him higher then Bush?
