I would screw the big stores, you might get someone good, you might not. I would just ask around your area for experienced installers, and see if you can find someone who's car they've worked on. If you have to get it done fast, you can go to a chain retailer, but ask for the guy that will actually be working on yur car, you know, just make sure he's not a dumbass "Hey is that one of them Super Turbos? Where can I get a wing like that for my Accord?"
