Hey fellers.

So, I just picked up my new IC, and have been thinking of all the ways to mount it.

I was thinking just have some brackets tig welded to the tank, but I was thinking of any alternate ways of mounting it.

Like belts and straps.

Or a L shaped brackets attached to the couplers on the end tanks.

Any other "tried and true" opinions?

I always use a combination of duct tape and twine when I mount IC's. Never failed on me, I guess that could be considered "tried and true"

lol

Some people are pretty thick around here so I should mention that im joking.

Well... the straps idea was for the thing to stay up right, and the L brackets on the end tanks I have seen before...

I guess I was looking for an easy fix for now.... cause I wanted to try it out.

But, yeah...I'll do it right.

another option would be to weld some 3/8" or 1/2" plate onto the top/bottom of the IC, and then drill and tap it.

You mean zip-ties shouldn't actually be used?
