I have had the smell of fuel under the hood for sometime now.
It actually seems to be comming from the charcoal canister which I kept hooked up after the swap, but maybe its not hooked up correctly?

Anyone have a diagram on how the vac lines should be run with a 1jz?

the smell of fuel is somewhat normal near the charcoal canister since its designed to clean fuel vapor from the tank. I ditched mine and just ran a vacuum line to the under side of my car, no smells here.
