Cylenders three and four, run the hottest. So if anything could break it would probaly happen there. I'm not sure what would be the weakest part there however.

From what I've read there is no weak link.

Tuning is the problem. People run lean and have problems after that.

If you're going to run high boost you'd better monitor your A/F ratio and EGTs.

Fuel delivery is said to sometimes be a problem in #6. Usually this is what people will have trouble with when running lean. Not that it's the 2JZ's fault, when people run lean #6 is where the trouble starts.
