Alright, I have welded in and ran wires from the IAT sensor that AEM suggests using when converting to their standalone unit. Now can I just snip the stock IAT sensor connector plug off and wire the AEM IAT unit accordingly to the stock 2 wire IAT harness?? I think the pinouts that AEM uses for the their IAT sensor is the same of the stock IAT unit correct?? Thanks in advance

Yes but since you said Aristo, I assume you're running the JDM IAT? Why not use the JDM IAT for the AEM?

I don't think the AEM setup wizard has calibrations for the stock sensor. I already have the AEM sensor in the bung I welded in for the IAT sensor in my I/C pipe already.

You can build a table for the stock IAT sensor as that's what I'm using. You can always sell the AEM sensor and run the stock one but since you already have it, just splice into the JDM sensor harness.
