OK here we see turbo throttle bodies. The one on the left is mine, and on the right is cassio's (hope u dont mine me barrowing your pic), and as you can see his has a stub for the throttle link, and mine doesnt! It came off my jdm 7m-gte. Can someone explain this to me please?

Dude, I'm totally stumped. Pulled out my '92 Turbo manual throttle body spare and it has a different setup from yours.

you have a JDM TB. remember- JDM cars are RHD, meaning diff throttle cable connections.

you can either source the TB connections from a US spec car or just attach the throttle cable direct (that's what i did).

that's the dashpot emissions control device. see the TSRM for function/info.....

Yeah that makes sence. Since the car is right hand drivers side the cables can bolt right onto the thottle body

ive got my n/a throttle body. Ill see if that thottle link connect can bolt on the turbo throttle body and work ok

so I must keep that? hmmmm well I need one now I guess, the previous owners didnt have one, and i think they didnt have the egr system attached(yet most of it was still in the car)

You want to keep the dashpot if for no other reason than to save wear on synchros.
