I've never heard of the D-spec or HTS shock, but after all that I've learned (and personally experienced with Tokico HP and Tokico Illumina shocks) I generally avoid Tokico if a Bilstein is available.
same here, have had the tokico hp and illumina on my fc and was very unhappy with them. way, way to soft even for just street use.
have the bilstein on my supra now and they are great
