Timing????????? Help please

Going bpu++ and the dawg is not being very easy to work with. The timing bet is not coming very loose, by now I just have a feeling the timing is gonna be just whacked, by the time I am finished. Now my question is:
How do you set the timing on a 94 supra TT 6spd? Any info on this subject is greatly appreciated.
