Not sure how alot of those cars made it in that list, including the Supra. I mean come on, Supras are great and all, but ranked above a MC12, Mclaren F1 LM, etc.?

Love what they say about it: "Three-litre straight-six twin-turbo nutter drift car tuned to 1,000bhp by loonies, but it's still great with 'only' the standard 320bhp."

#91 VW GTI MKII.
That is faster than a Mclaren?
#68 Volvo 850R

#31 Mini Cooper S
#8 Geiger Mustang
Geiger's orange and matt-black Mustang that has a 520bhp supercharged engine, huge chrome rims, a half-inch ride height and enough ICE to have a good crack at the Titanic.

Ok, it doesn't drive well, but it's too much fun to bother about the fact that it can't do certain things. Like corners, for example.

It's proper tuning to excess, and not a clever engine in sight. Just American muscle injected with German steroids.

In the June 2007 Car & Driver issue, someone wrote a letter stating how astonishing the C6 Z06 was in outlapping:

the Porsche 911 GT3 with 80 treadwear rated Michelin Sport Cup tires
the Exige S with Yokohama Advan A048 with 60 treadwear rating
and nearly keeping pace with the Noble

despite being handicapped with Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar that were relatively rock hard.

These are the same tires that help good drivers do 11.5s to 11.2s stone stock on the dragstrip.

Making such a car with relatively compact NA pushrod motor with rear "leafsprings" on real world true street tires run so well for $70k is pure brilliance.

You mentioned leaf springs I remembered that video from years ago where that cunt clarkson was talking shit about it and literally laughing that America is using tractor technology on their new car. Yet he hasn't said anything since... owned.

Totally stupid and pointless assesment. They have the New BMW M3 listed at 11 - which hasn't even been driven by anyone and the Audi R8. This is dumb.
