My car is throwing a code 51. It only shows the code when jumpered in diagnostic mode. AC was not on when I checked codes and as long as the box is jumpered it displays the 51 , car on or off. I have checked tps with ohm meter and this is what I found.

Throttle fully closed = 00.82
Throttle fully open (VTA-E2) = 04.70
Throttle fully open (VC-E2) = 06.51

Resistance at IDL-E2 was 0 with 0.5mm gauge between throttle screw and stop lever.

Resistance at IDL-E2 was 0 with 0.9mm between throttle screw and stop lever.

could the lack of resistance at IDL-E2 with 0.5mm gauge in place be an indicator for the need of tps adjustment? My afc is reading right on throttle, 0 when closed fully and 100% when fully open.

The car also has glitchy accceleration when in closed loop and making around 0 psi. Would this be another indication of bad or out of adjustment tps or could it be the alternator that has started making a lot noise?
