Hey, I did the subthrottle/trac removal/butterfly mod on my car. Now I get a 47 CEL, so I was searching and I was told a 10kohm .5watt resistor does the trick. The only problem is that I don't know where to plug the resistor in.

I mean, I have a tt swap done, so the trac system isn't even there, so how do I get rid of the CEL? Do I put resistors on the sensors on the throttle body that used to plug into the subthrottle actuators? If so, one is a four wire and the other is a 6, I think. Is there a rule of thumb for putting in resistors... like find the signal wire on a diagram and put the resistor in line with that?

Ok, I may have found it, but can anyone varify this:

4 pins on the sub-throttle sensor

1-3 w/ a 220k resistor

3-4 w/ a 15k resistor

Just in case anyone wanted to know or for future search reference, the above resistors worked.... luckily... you boobs, you put my ECU in harms way.
