I'm changing my 2001 Celica to a manual. I've already swapped my Supra from a 5-speed to a 6 while I did the engine swap.

Not too difficult- just time consuming. I would find someone that will buy your old parts before you locate the replacement parts.

The 6 speed tranny swap you will need:

A lot of money
patience

Get to know Jeff Watson at Jay Marks Toyota

tranny $2K-$3K
clutch
flywheel
all the shifting components
rear carrier
tranny crossbrace
ECU
rear axles
clutch master cylinder
slave cylinder
Factory manuals

Overall about $6K will do it- depending on where and how you get the used parts.

swap?

Did you say you swapped engines and trannys ? I am thinking of getting an NA Supra and swapping in the 2JZ-GTE with Getrag 6 myself. You know about this or do this?
Do yourself a favor and get a manual turbo in the first place. I did not save any money this way in the long run. I got a hell of a deal on an NA so I did this, but I ran into so many problems, I will never even think about doing this again.
