I tried burping the coolant system because of speculations that it has air in the system. But i think im doin something wrong. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
1st. i parked my car up a "hill"
2nd. Waited till the temp guage reached 1/4 of the way so the engine could warm up.
3rd. I watied to see if the coolant level dropped but I could still see coolant at the tip of the radiator.

Possible problems i believe was that the hill I parked my car on was not much of a hill or i waited to long or to soon to see I should add coolant.

Please let me know if im doin something wrong. In case if you are wondering, i don't think its a bhg because my car runs perfectly. I just hate when i warm up in the morning, i can hear water swishing around by the dashboard. I'll stress on more time, i don't think its a bhg. Its just that I think I might have done something wrong when trying to burp the coolant system.

Thanks, Neal

It's got to be more than just a "hill," jack the front end up. Also make sure you turn the heater as hot as it goes and on full blast. It takes acouple minutes before the bubbles will work their way to the top of the radiator.

thanks alot outofstep. Im pretty sure it was the hill problem. I just pulled it onto the hill by my local BP, hoping that it would be enough of a hill. Also I will definately put the heater on full blast at 85. Thanks again for the clarification.
