I'm running one of reg's old fuel reg, lex AFM, removed reg's screw and put the lex stock screw back in to stop hitting the fuel cut. (@.9 bar), 560'S, .040 over JE pistons, 3" ex. no cat. Stock tubro, auto trans.

At 1.2 bar the temp is 675 C, after the turbo at 30 # fuel presser.
More air or less fuel ?
Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

675F is super ultra mega rich or super ultra mega lean. You've got some really serious problems with your car, either that or you're using a really crappy EGT gauge or your EGT probe is tapped in the wrong place. I run ~750C at the same boost level, that's 1382F, and I'm still running really rich. I suggest you stop boosting until you figure out what the problem is.
