My friend donated me his old 5mge (he did the 7mgte swap in his mk2) to put in my 73 celica. I have a t3/t4 turbo just sitting around so I plan on throwing a turbo on it. I am going to get a before and after dyno on the 5m vs the 5m turbo. I'm only going to use a fmu so I don't anticipate more than 7 or 8psi. I know in the long run a 7mgte would be more cost effective and it's what I plan on doing but to get everything initially set-up the 5m should work fine. The motor should be in and running in about 2 weeks and hopefully be turbocharged in a month.
