In case the joke isn't clear, I saved 27 pounds of rotating weight by going from stock clutch/FW to the Exedy twin carbon with LWFW.

so what exactly causes the extra chatter between the lightened flywheel and clutch as opposed to stock. i have a few friends with setups like that with extra chatter, but never asked EXACTLY what causes it

stock flywheel is a dual mass flywheel, it dampens a lot of noise.
