I'm getting my 7mgte in with my cometic hg and arp studs this week. All new hoses/engine gaskets also.

I was wondering what the most beneficial upgrade would be to start saving for?

the basic stuff, intake, downpipe, full cat exhaust and boost controller

Ok cool and I was reading about turbo manifold's and saw there were a few. I was wondering if tubular is the way to go.

If u have a t3/t4 turbo setup..if not don't bother with the stock ct26..seeing as the stock manifold can hold a lot of pressure..and people push well over 550 hp with them

more air and fuel will be needed...first make sure you got your exhaust mods out of the way then go for

Lexus afm
larger injectors
walbro 255
upgraded ic and piping (not always needed)
boost controller
afpr
piggyback...etc

Oh ok and I mean some of that stuff you would do at the same time like larger fuel inj and lexus afm. Or would it really matter?

Yeah it would deffinately really matter. You can't force more air into you engine without an increase in fuel or you will run lean. I mean you can you just would have metal scrap instead of an engine. It's all about the AFR.

you can run a 57trim at stock boost and be ok. but a lex afm and fuel mods with some sort of tuning would be more beneficial and you could start upping the boost.

Say i got a lexus afm and 550 precision fuel inj.

Would this be a stable place to stay at until i save for more upgrades?

And I was wondering what kind of tuning system i would need to synchronize this?

with out a fuel contoller and afpr it would be point less to put a lex and 550s in cause ull run way rich

I'm not really looking to spend I borrowed over a grand from a family member for my engine and gaskets/hoses etc. After I pay them back I'll start upgrading.

It's more I'm trying to get my upgrade priorities lined up so when the time comes I'll be ready.

By fuel controller do you mean like an HKS F-Con?
