I am finishing up putting my hoses back on but can't find where one of the vacum lines off of the 3000 pipe assembly go. The line in question is the metal pipe in the picture without any hose to it. Where does the vacum line need to connect to?

The end should be right behind the connector for the TPS. I will put up a better illustrated pic from the TSRM.

In the same picture you provided, look at the dirty yellow wire that is coming from the coil pack. The other end of the wire should trace exactly back to the area of the other end of the connector.

were did you get this information i also got a few vacuum lines that need to be placed correctly. A word to the wise do not try to work on a car late at night and hungry but i could not stop it was calling for me !

Anyways, the vacuum line diagrams like above can be found in the EPC section as well as most other diagrams needed. The one you're looking at here goes to a line mounted to the intake where the coil pack grounds go.
