could someone tell me if this is operating correctly by trying this? with the car idling, if you blip the throttle (rev the engine) under the hood. should this actuator near the firewall on the passenger side move??? I disconnected the vacuum hose and re-connected it and still nothing happens. doesn't this have to do the the 2nd turbo coming online?

YOu shouldnt see anything move/ the pressure from the tank will open the iacv when the vsv gets the signal from the comp to allow pressure thru the vsv to allow the valve for the second turbo to come into the intake stream... it remains closed till 4500 then the comp opens the valve to allow press to open the iacv.. kinda confusing, let me know if that helps...Kevin
