I ordered Valve Stem Seals but they came to me in one box ... so how should I know which one is intake and which is exhaust !!

Please help ...

The intake side is brownish in color.

black? can you post a pic.
the easiest way to tell which is which is when you take the old one out set it next to the new ones, the intake and exhaust are different sizes (one is taller).

there is usuallly nota visible difference. Are these aftermarket seals? If so you need to contact the person who you got them from. The difference is in the material.

If these are the Viton seals that are on ebay, I believe they are all the same. There is a supra owner here who installed these and so far has not had any troubles....search and you shall find the answers you seek.

I just installed 4 of the seals, but I havent noticed any of them "clicking" into place...but they seem to be on, I am in the process of trying to find a keeper installer to install my BC springs / retainers
