Its was holy Friday in my country so I took advantage of the clear traffic.
I was running street tires, 20psi with my To4 pea shooter with a mix of race/street gas.
My friend with the supra was running 15psi with a xylene mix. At the same boost level he puts out close to 100rwhp more than me becauase of his bigger turbo (super 70), 264 cams and tubular manifold. To even up the odds I ran 20psi race/street mix.

As you can see, he never passed me, he was gaining really hard though. He didn’t brake boost and lost even though he has a faster car.
Second race from a dig.
This run I got my ass handed to me. His engine was sputtering in third and so he told me he was going to lower the boost, he didn’t... He just changed his AFC settings, thinking he was going to run lower boost, I turned down the boost to 18psi, though I doubt it would have made a difference. You can see in the vid me turning the boost controller down.

Third race from a roll, this time it was closer, he didn’t lag so much and was going to pass me in fourth just when I let off because I don’t like going into bumpy curves at more than 100+mph.

It was some fun runs, next time I will be on a tubular manifold with the exact setup so well see how much of a difference it makes.
