So i order my VOLK GT-N wheels in the standard gunmetal finish in supra fitment (18x9 +37, 18X10 +43) on january 24th 2005. I get a call LAST week and they had finally came in. Took over two months to get a wheel that should be in stock! they claimed that gunmetal was a special order color and that supra fitments had to be specially made as well. the label on the wheels say the rears were made in 2003 and the one of the fronts were made in 2004. Then when they 'came' in, the forth wheel (front) was 'bent' in the process of shipping from volk japan to mackin. so now i have three wheels mounted on my car, with a donut up on the right front. i call them and they tell me its gonna be another MONTH AND A HALF for them to make one stinkin wheel! WTF?!?! screw volk and screw mackin industries!

Have them air-freighted from Japan next time, you'll save some time and it'll only cost you about 200-300 bucks.

through this experience, when i do decide to purchase a new set of wheels for the supra or whatever car, i will never buy another set of volk wheels. next on my list, CCW, Fikse, iForge, or HRE...

And god forbid you should order other than their sacred Supra fitments. I wanted wider wheels, ordered GT-C's in sizes and offsets I wanted but which they said were definitely available, put down my $1000 deposit, waited months, got notice they finally arrived, got call later that day saying they made a mistake and the ones shipped for me were the same old offsets as we started with that I didn't want. Nice way to run a business. Lucky they don't need us to keep making money.

Fortunately, I ordered thru one of our respected sponsoring vendors and got my deposit back immediately, or I'm sure I'd still be waiting for that years later.

I really dont know what would take them this long. The rims were clearly readily available. 2 were made in 03 and the 1 front one i got was made in 04. I think its just crappy customer service...

Actually I feel your pain, it took 3-1/2 months to get my SSR's made and shipped over but I do understand you questioning why it took so long for wheels that were made 1-2 years ago :scratch:

I've sold a few sets and I've had no problems with them, usually takes 3 months and everything comes in fine!

I always said Volk sucks , but people dont seem to really be interested in my opinion , hope it works out for ya !!!

On a side note , just be glad its not BuddyClub , they are on a 6mnth wait !!!!

weird, mine came from Volk japan after like a week and a half. sorry bro, im sure the anticipation is killing you.

Atleast you dident have to wait a MONTH for tein to ship a EDFC for you.

well when i order mine TE37 it took me 2 months..and they come out great.and yes the label in say 2003 while i have it order in 2004..over all ..u know sometime ppl do make mistake.. !!! hope everythin work out with u !//

I waited for my gunmetal Volk TE 37's for 8 months man, YES 8 MONTHS. I ordered them from MVP but already knew that they were special order so it was going to be a while. Yes I did get impatient (sorry Dusty) at some points but it was well worth it. No complaints, just complements. Sorry to hear that man, I hope you get them soon and you're happy. Please post pics when you get them.

Actually , The BC im reffering to are not your typical 15" for some reason they have an abundance of those in 15" but None in stock at GT sizes or :blah: 18" . The QF series is a real race wheel , unlike all the wheels on MVP !!

I special ordered gold gt-c's with special size and offset and had to wait almost 10 months. Sucks cause they kept string me along. Mackin said that the first order got screwed up and will have the wheels "special made" and air frieghted to me. Waited two months no word, then got a call saying they screwed up again and would have the rims made asap and aif frieghted from japan. heard this story 3 more times. I wanted so bad to cancel the order and get my money back but they kept holding the carrot in front of me and it felt like I was just about to get the rims and it was soooo close. Sucks big time. Then once I finally got the rims, they forgot to put in a set of lug nuts and I had to wait another week. Mackin's rep "eddie" said he would take care of me for waiting so long. I figured I would get some kick ass stuff and a huge discount. All I got was a freakin T-SHIRT and still paid full price! I am such a sucker.
MACKIN INDUSTRIES SUCKS BIG ASS BALLS.
Don't think I will be buying any volks that I have to special order. I want to see them in my hand before I hand over any cash.

Let me take a stab at your specs: 19X9.5 and 19X10.5, right? I almost ordered them in Mercury Silver from MVP, but I didn't feel like waiting all summer and fall for them...
