All you need is the white for RPM (tap), red for power, black for ground, and grey for output. The others are not used for the mk3 application.

You'll also need a 2.4k ohm resistor to plug into the end of the AFM plug on the car's harness. This will fake the ECU into thinking there is a temp sensor attached.

Credit to Reg Reimer for the following diagram. Thanks for pioneering this stuff for the 7m.

Yes, I know the colors I already have listed.. I have not found a single person that knwos what the colors I don't have down are... I'm just a curious type of guy, I'd like to know what they are for... does anyone have any idea? I'm going to make a generic PDF so its universal, not just for the 89+ or 87-88... whoever's using it can look up the ECU diagram themselves :)

no one knows what the blue, gree, and orange are for?

Also, there's a blue wire with a bullet connector on the end of it that's in the same bundle as the harness, but not part of the harness... ideas on that either?

Nope. Do a web saerch on him. I bet you can find it. Some of the supras.com archives will have it.. or the mkiv.com stuff. I'm sure its out there.
