All you need is the white for RPM (tap), red for power, black for ground, and grey for output. The others are not used for the mk3 application.

You'll also need a 2.4k ohm resistor to plug into the end of the AFM plug on the car's harness. This will fake the ECU into thinking there is a temp sensor attached.
