i have a 94 tt auto that is bpu except vsv. i have dp, exhaust, profec b, boost gauge, air intake. will i benifit from doing the vsv mod. also looking at my current vsv the number 2 or right side is already capped off. also the line that normally leads to the actuator is missing. and the actuator is capped off. did my mechanic do something wierd to my car?

VSV mode is for people who doesnt have boost controller and wanna boost...so they disable the VSV that controls the wastegate which controls how much turbo boost.
you have boost controler, so you dont need to do that mode..plus, its bad for the turbo cuz it tend to overboost.
dont mess or relocate your vacuum lines unless you know what you're doing.
