Do I need to remove my VSV, since I did the EGR block off mod? BTW I did the one where you remove the EGR completey.

The reason I ask is because you have a vacuum line running from the VSV that is connected to the EGR valve, but when you remove the valve, that lin is left to atmosphere. What do you do with that line?

Just take it all off, or plug up the vacuum line to prevent air leaks. You also need to install a resistor in the old EGR connector.....all info is on mkiv.com tech section.

I installed the resistor and all is well. I chose to leave on the VSV and just block off that one vacuum line. I was just wondering if you could completely remove it and block of the supply lines that come from the intake.

I went single turbo with T78 and eliminated ALL stock VSVs. Only thing left is a stock pressure sensor. EGR and TRAC gone too. You're better off the less shit is on the Supra motor.
