Will a non vvti sparkplug cover fit on a gte with vvti valve covers? Without any modification? Any help would be great! I know the bottom part has a bulg for the intake cam gear but that would be replaced with a non vvti cover too! I am mating vvti gte valve covers on a built ge with vvti head(even though vvti is no more, SRT machined the cams) and want to use a non vvti sparkplug cover...make sense? This is going on a is300 by the way! The reason I need vvti valve covers is they won't require machining to fit on the ge head! So will the non vvti sparkplug cover fit on the gte vvti valve cover.

From what I could understand, No it will not fit (without modify). Not 100% sure tho.

The oil filler is further back on the VVT-I's as well as the actual shorter valve cover on the intake side.
Without modification, no. Would it be worth it IMHO, no.
