my tuner keeps telling me to install a bosch 044 inline pump to work with my walbro intank .

he anyone here used this combo as yet instead of the traditional 2 pumps in tank

i am hitting right now around 500 rwhp at about 22psi on pump with 750cc inj and my pump seems to be maxing out ..

my goals are modest in the upper 500 range and it seems the addition of this pump inline with a larger fuel rail should provide more the ample cool fuel on tap

i also just ran -6an lines from tank to rail with a aeromotive fuel filter inline

That is a pretty common way to boost your fuel flow. Most aftermarket supercharger kits come with an inline booster pump, but most f those dont make over 550 hp. I have been thinking of doing the same on my car with goals of 550-600 hp. The 044 is good for about 600-650 whp by it self, so feeding it with another pump should boost it even higher. Who knows how high, but it should be enough for 550+ to 600.

Maybe post this in the mk3 or mk4 general section for more views and opinions.
