I have a stage 1 turbo kit.

Can you tell me if the wastgate springs supplied with the kit are correct to run 30lbs of boost?

If not what would I need to replace.

Depends on your boost controller. Some will get there, others will not. You'll have to first tighten the adjustment screw all the way in hard as it will get. Then try your boost controller. If it wont get there, you'll need the bigger HKS spring. Especially if you are at high elevation (5000 feet +).

Red/Green is the normal spring that is already installed. The silver inner spring is the hard spring.
