I'm the new owner of a 91 White MKIII Turbo, Just purchased.
I purchased a JDM Motor which is sitting at my buddys mechanic shop right now, so ive decided to build that one up and than slap it this winter.

My goal is to get close to 600 WHP Mayby a little higher.

What do you guys recomend for:

Internals?

Fuel System?

Turbo?

So far for internals I was gonna do the JE Pistons, JE piston rings, crower rods, and prep the crank

Fuel System....720 injectors with 255 walbro fuel pump.

And for turbo I was thinking of going with a t-71 or the SP63

What do you guys think?? Please feel free to give me any tips. Thank you

yea, search.
anyways
for 600 people do pistons, some do rods.
you would need a fuel pump, 680 injectors (?)
no need to spend tons of cash on JE pistons, ross are just as good, and are much cheaper.

crower rods are not needed for that number.

id port the head and do new valves and stiffer valve springs the turbo choices are pretty good.
ferrea valves and springs
full radius vale job

gasket matched intake and exhaust maybe a bored throttle body
external wastegate if possible.

might want to think about a good management setup.. megasquirt emanage trents new unit, or all out aem MKIII preprogrammed stand alone..

JE, Ross or another brand of forged pistons, Crower (or other) forged rods, ARP Hardware on everything and a HK$ stopper head gasket.

Of course, that's in addition to the obvious. New oil pump, water pump, etc, etc.

You shouldn't really have to touch the head if you're shooting for 600-650.

Fuel System?
720's, AFPR of some origin, Denso Supra TT pump, AEM EMS.

Whatever floats your boat. I'd probably go for a SP61 or SP63.

Looks good, but you may want to give total seal rings a look. I've had very good results with them.

Go with the Denso Supra TT pump. It flows considerably more, especially at lower voltages.
