What GAP should I use for the Denso Iridium plugs?

Hey Donatas!

Start with .032 and go from there. I had mine gapped at about .029 on the old MSB single turbo, but I didn't exactly do that in a scientific manner either. :)

Thanks, Steve. I was thinking leaving the gap at where the factory plugs are set. I think that it is .044. Oh well, I guess that I will have to play with it.

be really careful when you try and gap down denso iridiums. the little electrode on those plugs can break off kinda easily.

I'm running the denso iridiums also.I have the gap at .030,and no problems at high rev's and 18 psi.

I left mine gapped at stock(.44) when I was BPU and they where great. That will not work well once you go single. With my SP57 boosting to 19lbs, it would blow the plugs out. I had to order new plugs after 2 dyno sessions (about 20 pulls) becuase they are so fouled that my car idles bad. I also had 20k miles on these plugs though.
